Walker is about the only Republican anywhere who gets conservative stuff done.
While I prefer Cruz, I would listen carefully to a Walker candidacy.

Of course, the efficiency comes in part from the elimination of redundant positions. It could mostly be done through attrition, which isn't the end of the world.
