Yea, he clearly wants to show off his smartical particles, but peel back the pretensions and he makes a couple of good points.
Yes, he blathered on and on for far too many paragraphs.
But like many articles; if you just read the last paragraph and see the conclusion, then you get the jist of it all.
And he does reach an OK conclusion.
