Well we know obama will stop that. Will any of the possible Rinos running in 2016 be any better for a repeal?

As arcane and bizarre as the ACA is, how do you imagine whatever remnants of it currently exist can be patched into whatever the GOP might come up with to replace it such that the result isn’t 2.25 times as complex as the thing is already?

To Conservatives, ACA is deeply offensive and unconstitutional. To libs and gimmes, ACA is a rats nest of complexity and as they will soon discover, very costly for mediocre care. You/we cannot appeal to libs for repeal on Constitutional grounds, they don’t care about that, in fact, so much the better getting rid of that old thing.

The “amnesty” Republicans should be discussing is amnesty granted to the insurance companies that engendered and conspired to create this putrid scam.

Again, I don’t have any idea how the remnants of ACA would be left in place and make any sort of coherent sense underneath any sort of reasonable GOP-sponsored alteration of the act.

It must be killed. With fire, preferably.
