The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to take up another broad challenge to President Barack Obama's signature healthcare law.
The court rejected an appeal filed by the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons and the Alliance for Natural Health USA. The groups had challenged various aspects of the law known as Obamacare including the so-called individual mandate that requires people to obtain health insurance or pay a tax.
In March 2014, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled in favor of the Obama administration. In 2012, a district court judge also ruled against the challengers.

Now I am sure there is only one way to get the country back, somehow there needs to be a massive “reset” and return the power to the individual states...becoming a republic again as was the original plan!

If the Supreme Court rejects it, the Liberals will start almost immediately to push another form of nationalized healthcare (WarrenCare). If the people rise up now and reject ObamaCare, then maybe nationalized healthcare will be buried for at least a generation.

I don't know, it doesn't matter. Anyone who believes there is a possibility that the USSC will nullify *any* of the illegal and unconstitutional parts of ObamaCare is seriously delusional.
Not going to happen. Do NOT look to the courts for relief of government lawlessness. The federal courts are, for all practical purposes, completely corrupted.
I was in DC on 9/12. I watched Obama's copter fly over 1.6 million American citizens petitioning their government for redress of their grievances. I watched all the major news outlets claim we were 10s of thousands. I knew then that the corrupt congress would illegally pass the law. And I knew then that we would get no relief in the courts.
Draw your own conclusions as to where we go to find our republic, because it isn't in Washington, DC.
When and if the Great Societal reset occurs, there will be great lamentation as to “how did this happen?!?”

I’m anxious to see where this goes as, for the first year since Ocare was passed, that americans are dealing with it on their tax returns.
