LOL, Newt, humble? What’s next? Patty Murray, smart? Idris Elba, White? Chris Christie, svelte?

These people really p**s me off, every time Santorum’s name is mentioned they crow about their sore RINO loser Newt and try to rewrite history. He’s a RINO (people far better are frequently called RINO here), he’s a loser, he’s a fool. Do I need to post that picture of him yucking it up a couch with those rats? Or show his endorsement of Dede Scuzzobama and his angry, arrogant reaction when conservatives told him to shove it? He was really ****ing humble on that day wasn’t he?

Attacked Romney from the left. WTF was he thinking, forget what party he was running in?

And the same people pick apart Santorum’s record to paint him as Mike Huckabee? For reals?

I’m STILL proud to have cast my vote for Santorum over the non-viable Gecko Clown, whom Obama would have destroyed WORSE than Romney.

RE:”I’m STILL proud to have cast my vote for Santorum over the non-viable Gecko Clown, whom Obama would have destroyed WORSE than Romney.”

I didn't even vote on that one.

That primary was over by the time it hit my state and I didn't want to soil myself voting for either of those two.

There was no point in that.

I recall Sarah said she voted for Newt so many here had to follow.

RE:”LOL, I failed to noticed you already posted the picture.”

Someone else above posted a blurry copy of it in a small size in a comment (#62) and so I found a copy at photobucket and posted it clearly and larger so the text could be read.

Ever since I learned some basic HTML tags I get picky bout stuff like that.

Plus I like that demotivator creation. The feds have a program studying why lesbians tend to be fat,

As I recall, Todd Palin (who gives a F) full on endorsed Newt.

But Sarah didn’t go that far, she said “I’d vote for him in South Carolina” (this was before he DESTROYED his own campaign and was NO LONGER VIABLE).

I don’t think she weighed in after that.

It was a horrible field of candidates. Horrible.

That’s why I still can’t believe a certain Illinois freeper I won’t name insisted to me it was a strong field because of all the high offices they held, the same person endorsed Buddy Roemer,. :-|

Reagan was unelectable. The Contract with America would never work. The Tea Party will cost the GOP the 2010, 2014 elections.

You got any more great predictable stale inside the beltway conventional ‘wisdom’ to share? On second thought, don’t.

Check this out

Sarah Palin may not be running for the presidency in 2012, but she could still find her way into the White House. Newt Gingrich said today that he would consider Sarah Palin as his running mate for the 2012 election.Gingrich, who was taking questions from callers in Iowa, was asked if he would consider Sarah Palin as a running mate. Gingrich said: “She is certainly one of the people you would look at. I am a great admirer of hers and she was a remarkable reform governor of Alaska, she’s somebody who I think brings a great deal to the possibility of helping in government and that would be one of the possibilities

That must have been when he lost GOP primary LOLO

I’m sure that shameless pandering helped him win FR votes.

“Oops” (and he was friggin leading Romney at that point, I think)

Not since “Macca” did one word screw over a Republican more.

Usually it takes at least 2 words, like “legitimate rape”.

“If Evangelicals make up a majority of Iowa caucus voters, then they must have a far greater turnout than any other religious faith in Iowa.”

You are assuming that Iowans have an equal propensity to vote Republican irrespective of their religion, and that turnout at caucuses is akin to that at primaries. Iowa Evangelical Protestants are heavily Republican (particularly the Dutch in the NW corner of the state, which have an outsized influence on GOP contests), and participation in caucuses is so time-consuming that only the most politically active Republicans participate. If white Evangelical Protestants are 25% of Iowa’s population, then it shouldn’t come as a big surprise if they are 51% of GOP caucus goers.

BTW, the most heavily Catholic part of Iowa is the Dubuque area, and while a lot of pro-life Dubuque Catholics participate in the GOP caucuses, the city as a whole (and the entire region, for that matter) votes like 60% Democrat, and I suspect that a majority of Iowa Catholics vote Democrat.

Yep, Newt got booted out of the Speakers office. Second to the POTUS, cant beat that.

Reminds me of joke :
“ I got fired from jobs that you could never get an interview for.”

or

“I been kicked out of better places than this”

"Santorum is so staunchly pro-life that he endorsed pro-abortion Arlen Spector over pro-life Toomy."

=============================================================

Yes, and Specter was very liberal and strongly pro-abortion, and later switched and became a demoncrap.

I will never vote for Santorum for anything.

Seriously, this is your response ? If you believe Gingrich was viable or electable as President, I'd like to sell you a bridge in Brooklyn. After 1995, Gingrich wasn't going to be elected to any higher office than Congress. He couldn't even win statewide office in Georgia. This bizarre cult of Newt is anathema to reason and common sense on his actual electoral prospects, and that ain't "beltway", pal.
