Yup.

From Wikipedia: The Cloward–Piven strategy is a political strategy outlined in 1966 by American sociologists and political activists Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven that called for overloading the U.S. public welfare system in order to precipitate a crisis that would lead to a replacement of the welfare system with a national system of "a guaranteed annual income and thus an end to poverty".

The latest effort is to now overwhelm and ruin everything; thus allowing full-blown communism.

I saw some interesting claims earlier that the regime is manipulating a citigroup derivatives fund to protect losses for Saudi Arabia who is letting the price of oil plummet. Evidently, low gas prices pump up regimes numbers. The Citi-group derivatives fund, partially owned by the Saudis, has backing of any losses by the US govt. That means U.S. taxpayers and their kids could on the hook for est. losses of over a 100 trillion bucks or more basically forever.
