One thing I'll note: the girlfriend recanted her accusations in that particular case, and it was dropped.
Someone just posted a tweet that he was arrested this time for throwing a wine bottle at his girlfriend.
I wonder if it was the same girlfriend? If so, I think it's time for them to go their separate ways.
