The “soft target” is Europe.
The target is every civilized country - Europe, North America, Australia - because we have everything that these cowards are afraid of - personal freedom, freedom of speech, freedom of dress, freedom to drink, etc.
These totalitarian a-holes are determined to remove these threats to their rule at any cost.
And sadly, in every one of our countries, there's a disturbing number of people who DON'T want to fight back, who refuse to even acknowledge there's a war going on. So the problem grows.
