The two men suspected of attacking a newspaper in Paris have stolen a car and reportedly have several hostages.
A car chase is under way on the N2 motorway, and police sources say shots have been fired.
The car is now on the outskirts of Paris - close to Charles de Gaulle airport - and several helicopters are reportedly hovering overhead.
Sky's Ian Woods says the police focus now appears to have turned to an industrial building near to the airport.
Two people with gunshot wounds have been taken to hospital in Meaux.

I was the same way. I stayed home and worked from home that day (I was fortunate that I was able to do so - didn’t want to go anywhere). I think a lot of people around the country didn’t get much work done that day. I did confer with my Mom and my sister and said let’s meet xxx in case we need to get out of town. There were some reports that the Space Needle might be a target. None of us lived close to downtown, but we were in different locations 15-25 miles apart from each other.

Live footage of the scene showed scores of officers apparently entering the industrial estate where the gunmen have taken a person hostage.
The officers walked between two columns of pallets towards the grey buildings. A Sky News correspondent, who says he is 100 metres away from this scene, said officers moved calmy and without urgency.

General on Fox just said he thought that perhaps the bros were trying to make it to a “no-go zone” in Paris. He explained that a “no-go zone” is one of the areas in and around Paris where Muslims live and the police don’t go (IMHO the gendarmes need to start going there). I believe I heard yesterday that these zones were governed by Sharia law.
Sky News refers to the savages as suspects or hostage takers. Never a mention of Moslem terrorists. Obama would approve
How can a sovereign nation allow whole ‘areas’ to be governed by Sharia? What do they think is going to happen? Further, how can they see this happening and continue to allow immigration from these groups?

FOX just reported officials in France have said shooting in Paris yesterday WAS related.
I have Fox News on. There was a woman doctor that was a Muslim on a little while ago - wish I would have listened to her more closely, instead of reading FR. From the bits I caught, she was really good - I’m paraphrasing - talked about the terrorists taking over the Muslim religion, Obama and other world leaders need to call it what it is. Muslim clerics need to do more (like the Pres of Egypt said in his speech). She had an English accent and I didn’t catch her name. Maybe they’ll have a video up later today or tomorrow on foxnews.com. Fox hosts have been calling them Islamic Terrorists and Radical Islamists.
FNC just said 7 people were picked up yesterday and 2 family members of the guy that shot the policewoman were arrested.
Also said the 18 year old was at school so couldn’t have been involved.
And, that the hostage was actually a 26 yo male, not a woman. Also, about 4 other people in another part of the building - not hostages but can’t get out at this time. I suspect these are the other employees - someone said up thread that there were about 5 employees of the printing company.
General said governments aren’t stepping up and he thinks in not too many years, citizens are going to stand up and hire private companies (like Blackwater) that are going to start taking these radicals out.

If it was, the shooters would all be blond and have Southern accents.
And the victims would all be little black babies with t-shirts saying hands up don't shoot.
Skytv reporter says there has been another shooting in a French port.
