Sorry; the “this” I was referring to was Obama’s plan, not Pell Grants. I failed to follow a rule of good writing and didn’t make clear my reference.
I know, Obama’s plan for free community college is NOT the Pell Grant, my point is we have The Pell Grant for free community college....
The Obama plan is devious and not about education for poor. It has an underlying use to benefit the left, just like immigration/amnesty did. Obama said they had to work for it, so ‘work for who’ and ‘do what’.
Just watch, it will come out. Same as Obamacare was for the poor who did not have insurance, instead it ends up being a tax, and very few of those not insured before have insurance now. Millions have lost insurance and such a high deductible they are paying for something unusable.
My writing/punctuation may not be as clear as it once was from a head injury in later years, but my point should be clear.
