Check Boehner out in Open Secrets. He is a lobbyist suck up. His “Friends of John Boehner” and other groups get oodles of money from Goldman Sachs, Google and other corporate donors whi have ZERO interest in political philosophy or are actually left of center. He and his groups then redistribute these funds to other Congressmen. He is like a medieval baron redistributing wealth and titles to his underlings and THAT is why he was re-elected. He supported with his lobbyist money politicians running for office and when they got elected, the payoff came in the Speaker’s Vote. The wishes of the majority of Republican voters were diluted by masses of corporate dollars he got from special interest groups in return for supporting legislation THEY wanted.
We are no longer a Demcoratic Republic. We are a plutocratic, oligarchic, socialistic province of a one-world government.
