I suspect you are correct. I have a feeling this kid was abused before or around the age of 4. Now he’s dead because that abuse was not dealt with.

yes I agree with you that it is a form of mental illness. It is really hard to watch because society has ok this behavior. I love my sister and I know if I were to confront her and tell her it is a mental illness that is causing her to identify internally as being a male I might end up loosing all contact with her. I love my sister and it would hurt if that happened.
