I do not remember being this cold in my house which had a basement. If I am not warmer tomorrow, will go over there. I live in a townhouse, now until we decide what to do with my house. Need to go over there anyway to make sure everything is ok. It still has furniture and appliances. Just talked to my grandson. Schools are delayed 2 hours tomorrow. If it is going to be this cold, let it snow.

This is it. One day a real climate problem will happen and we will only have spent on turd preparations instead of common sense every day stuff. This is the stuff of mass genocide programs.

It’s 11 below zero right now here in NW Iowa. Heading down a few more degrees before morning.

It was about 15 below zero last night, with strong winds and drifting snow. I’m sure the wind chill was at least 40 below.

Think I’ll go throw a few more logs on the fire...

Not that many Freepers actually care, but we few remaining conservative diehards left in The People' Democratic Republik of Maryland are freezing, too.

It's 14 degrees now with gusts up to 28 and a wind chill factor of 0 and it's heading lower tonight before it gets better.

6 degrees in central KY @ 9:30pm. -2 tonight with -14 wind chill.

I just walked around the block to take care of my neighbor’s dog (he’s out of town). My face was hurting by the time I got home.

Are they trying to be funny?

“My dog doesn’t seem to care how cold it is outside.”

That’s funny. Normally, my Aussie/Border Collie doesn’t care either. But tonight he just made quick work of his business and ran back to the house on three legs. First holding up the right front paw, then the left rear, funnier than hell.

We’re a few hours NW of you in upstate NY and it is COLD tonight.

9 degrees in southern TN at the moment with wind chills below zero. They say we’ll bottom out close to zero before morning. Several counties have decided to close schools tomorrow and several others will open late. Too cold for the kiddos to stand outside in that cold and wind waiting for their buses.

I feel for the folks who are dealing with sub-zero temps. What we’re dealing with is killin’ me. Where’s all that glo-bull warming they keep harping about? LOL!

It was 76 degrees in my part of Arizona and there were people dressed in jackets and sweaters who were shivering. Me, I was wearing a short sleeve shirt.

It is a, relatively, balmy 31 degrees here in Aiken County, SC. I agree with HiTech Redneck; we need more equatorial vortexes.
