And I guess they can protect the ones they waited for, as they wait for the NYPD to get back to normal.
I think anyone remaining in NYC is responsible for what they get at this point, but anyone that assists the people that caused this situation are as guilty as the rest. Any cop lifting a finger to protect one of these people is not worth his badge after 9/11.
