I think you’ve hit on an important point. One of the reason the left refuses to condemn or even mildly criticize the Islam is that they are afraid this would imply that they approve of Christianity or are defending it in some way. And it’s Christianity that the left really hates.
The Western governments are choosing to ignore the threats from Islam. Instead, their guns are aimed at people who show concern over the rapid spread of Islam AND those who adhere to Biblical mores and ethics.
