Truth, honor, and integrity are scarce to non-existent these days in DC. What is point of voting on the federal level right now?
The truth is that they hate the people they depend on for votes.
The TEA movement is about ending the confiscation of our wealth for the enrichment of a few in the favored corporations and the government itself.
Supposedly a GOP interest.
But of course it’s not. They are all for the Income Tax, a Bolshevik idea; they just differ on who to give the money to.
The IRS? Nothing but Bag Men for the Congress. Put it there or the muscle will visit ya, Prole. Did Mr. Boner push to arrest Lerner and Koskinen? Nah. They work for him - they get the cash he passes out.
You can have a squad of street cops wrestle you to the ground if you try to jaw bone yourself out of the arrest. But not if you’re a Guvamint vigorish enforcer, nope, yer untouchable.
And Boner is the Spear of that reality.
I remember Marsha when she was in the TN State Legislature. She was a fantastic fighter against instituting a state income tax. In fact it was in large part due to her that the state remains free of an income tax.
This is a different Marsha. She has offered some good ideas but she cannot win from inside the GOP. Today was nothing, if not proof that it is time for a third party. The GOP is no longer relevant or viable.
I don’t live in TN anymore so she isn’t my rep. Sadly my rep also voted incorrectly today. The GOP might as well annoit Mitt to run in ‘16 and save the cash. No way I can ever vote for them again anyway.
