There WAS no "rebellion", IMO.

Boehner was again allowing himself to take fire to provide cover for his more conservative members. That's why he's so popular.

I don't think the election was ever in doubt.

Not everyone showed up due to the bad weather, so the magic number was higher than 29. By my math it was 31 or 32.

The same thing would have happened if D's voted Present.
