Saw an article on Politico that said at least a dozen Democrats are skipping the vote to go to the Cuomo funeral; this is supposed to raise the threshold to 35 GOP votes needed to oppose Boehner.
Can the tally show how many are absent as well as how many are abstaining (voting present)?
The house.gov stream doesn’t show the total counts...does anyone have this?
