Sandy Rubenstein was cleared of a rape accusation Monday, but not before one final, potentially humiliating revelation emerged about his ex-pal Al Sharpton.

A prescription for the sex pill Viagra was found in Rubenstein’s apartment — but it was issued in Sharpton’s name, a police source told the Daily News.

A shocked Sharpton initially said he was unaware of a doc's note for the little blue pill that treats erectile dysfunction.

“I don’t know anything about that, no, I don’t know anything about that,” Sharpton said, after a speechless second.

Rubenstein’s legal team, meanwhile, threatened to hit his accuser with a defamation suit.
Brafman also took aim at Sharpton for turning his back on Rubenstein — his former close ally — by supporting Rivers after she went to cops.
“Al Sharpton owes Sandy Rubenstein an apology,” Brafman said.
Sharpton responded by saying: “Apologize for what? For saying I was not going to take sides.”

Rubinstein's UES apartment was the scene of the crime. During a crime scene investigation at Rubenstein’s
UES apt, L/E found a Viagra bottle, prescribed in Sharpton’s name (NYDN Police source).

The predatory sexual behavior occurred at an orgy, er, I mean, a party held in Rubinstein's UES apartment last October.

NEED TO KNOW--- L/E should check the DNA and fingerprints on Al's Viagra pill bottle---to determine
if anyone else was helping themselves to Al's pills....erectile dysfunction is a common ailment in 70 y/o's.
