The problem is, one third of the GOP is enough to make the GOP lose nationwide, but it isn’t enough to win nationwide on their own if they split off.

So who's problem is that, really?

Sounds like the Republicans' problem to me.

I guess that is one way to look at it, but I would rather focus on how we can win, rather than how we can make some of our enemies lose. If we make the Republicans lose, but guarantee the Democrats victory, then what is the next step?
