POLLSTER PAT CADDELL: ONE-THIRD OF GOP ‘HANGING BY A THREAD FROM BOLTING’
Breitbart ^ | January 5, 2015 | By Robert Wilde

Posted on 01/05/2015 3:36:24 PM PST by Jim Robinson

Fox News contributor and Democratic pollster Pat Caddell told Breitbart News Executive Chairman Stephen K. Bannon that up to one-third of Republicans are ready to call it quits as members of the GOP.

“The alienation among Republican voters is so high,” says Caddell, that conservatively “a quarter to one-third of the Republican party are hanging by a thread from bolting.” Caddell argues that GOP voters’ attitudes are “so anti-establishment,” and they give Republican leadership poor ratings.

The revelation comes on the heels of polling data supervised by Caddell Associates and reported on Friday by Breitbart News that a stupefying 60% of Republicans who voted in the November elections either definitely or probably want someone other than Ohio Congressman John Boehner to be the Speaker of the House.

Caddell, who sharpened his teeth as a political consultant and pollster for President Jimmy Carter in 1976, has developed a reputation for being a straight shooting analyst, often criticized by his own party for predicting negative outcomes for Democrats.

His latest poll shows that Republican voters are reaching a tipping point and may have had enough of GOP lawmakers’ feckless leadership and constant submission to President Obama’s policies.

A frequent guest on the Breitbart News Sunday Sirius XM Patriot radio program on channel 125, Caddell said that he will be releasing a new survey on Monday of 600 Republican identifiers or independents who voted Republican in November. In what Caddell refers to as a “stunner,” only 16% want “both” Boehner and imminent Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to be their leaders.

Moreover, according to the survey, two-thirds agreed with the statement that “John Boehner has been ineffective in opposing Obama.”

And ONLY the left and the GOPe say that nonsense because you are absolutely right.

The funny part to me though is the morons here that think no one realizes it when they do it. Its fairly obvious where their loyalty really is. The left.

I mean, you and I arent rapping on the radio. We don’t use the language of the rappers. Rappers do. Likewise, leftists use the language of the left. Like the things you pointed out.

I tell you what-Evangelist Lester Roloff was a smart man. I remember a sermon of his where he predicted a lot of this, and predicted that it would be the end of America as a great power and a force in the world. The sermon is called “the End-Time Sin Of Homosexuality”, but it encompasses more than strictly that, as it ties into how that will indicate the coming fall of America. He also despised teevee, and he was right about that too. he died before the internet age-I’ve often wondered what he’d make of it. He didn’t oppose technology per se-he flew his own plane-he just saw the way it was being used.

There was another freeper earlier today telling us to drop the opposition to homos. the issue was settled. and most of the world accepts them. I pointed out that most of the world has age of consent around 15 average or thereabouts and to send me a daughter.

It probably does not shock you how that was ‘different’ It amazes me how compartmentalized people cam make things. But biology and genetics are what they are.

“Which is why so many of us took so much shit here trying futilely to stop people from getting us into this position. “

No way.

If you had had your way Democrats would have the House and Senate, Nancy Pelosi would be Speaker tomorrow, and all this would be moot.

This is what I wrote last week at FR. If just enough Conservative Reps. leave the GOP (i.e. leaving Boehner with just a 1-2 member margin over the Democrats), then the new Conservative Caucus (or Tea Party Party) would be the deciding vote in whether Boehner (and eventually Mitchell) would be able to carry out their spineless policies and votes.

They could even vote against Boehner by joining with some Democrats or all the Democrats on some “example” issues. This would bring Boehner’s rule crashing down just enough to force him to resign while not turning over the House to the Dems. Then the Conservatives could come back into the GOP on their own terms and not take any crap from the wimps and weepers.

One can dream, but Bonehead the Spineless has got to go!

If the Republicans had not gained such a large majority in congress any exodus would have zero power or influence.

Cruz and Palin could start a third party on their own at this point.

It would please me greatly if they were in serious talks about this right now. The establishment GOP is in abject treason to its voters, and don't give a damn about representing us. They're going to force the birth of a new party, just as the Tories in England gave birth to UKIP.

Yay! He finally succeeded in something worthwhile!!

Supposedly, one of obama's goals was to destroy the GOP and there's little reason to doubt the truth of that goal here and now in 2015.

True, he couldn't do it by himself. It took a little time and lots of help by Boehner, McConnell, Cantor and other GOPe types, but we finally got here!

It may be the only good thing he's intentionally done to the country, though doing such a good obviously wasn't his actual intent.

Barry Oh has shown US that nothing is too big to fail, especially not a political party or both political parties that fail their constituents, principles, oaths of office, etc., as our oligarchy's faux two party facade has done continuously since Bush the elder told US to lip read.

Thank you Barry obama for finally pulling back the curtain! I didn't think you had it in you to do a good deed for the nation you seem to despise, but you did!

The problem is, one third of the GOP is enough to make the GOP lose nationwide, but it isn’t enough to win nationwide on their own if they split off.

I have spoken up on many an occasion, and had many a battle here as a result. The GOPe trolls these pages heavily.

Nah, I don’t think you can blame anyone but the traitors in DC. WE have spoken - the elections results, the polls before and after - are all very clear.

Problem is, the ‘representatives’ in DC are not representing anyone but their own selves.

It’s time for a reset. We need to do what the founding fathers did when they were not being represented in government. A few phone calls, faxes, even marching to the bloated politician’s offices do nothing.

So was sodomy “different”-very different, if Lot offering his own virgin daughters to the men of Sodom in place of the angel guests is any indication-but the left would love to have everyone believe that there’s a global consensus on it. They are very hypocritical, as they are discounting the Islamic world and Africa, which overwhelmingly oppose it, at least de jure. They would call us doing that being “insensitive to other cultures”. And the Islamic world and the continent of Africa comprise a large portion of the world’s population. I imagine that China doesn’t smile upon it either, I can’t remember about India. Russia is on record in opposition. That pretty much leaves the western world, their usual bete noire.

Amen to that. What does the GOPe have to do before people get the picture? Vote 100% lockstep with the ‘rats? They’re moving there with increasing speed. But more GOPe will make all the difference, right?
