The fact that left-wing professors are now acknowledging that the Second Amendment even exists and means what it says, is a HUGE VICTORY for our side. We can now cite these people in court cases and even in our own debates.
...and if he is successful in repealing the Second Amendment, then so be it - it means that a large majority of the country no longer believes in gun rights...and we have to take our medicine. Of course that’s a VERY HIGH mountain for him to climb...impossibly high, actually.
Totally agree. This prof should be eager to engage an Article V convention to repeal it. Good for him to see the merits of using Constitutional means - the Right way to do it.
Now, he should just get to the back of the line for Art V, while the current one for calls to "Limit the Federal Govt" gets underway. Good luck to him, while he wishes the "Limit the Federal Govt" to proceed...
