I haven’t read any details on the accident. Is it possible, though highly unlikely, that HE was accidentally hit? Also, I agree with you: this kid was obviously screwed up, in that he caused someone else to live with the remorse of killing someone. What a heartless looney-tune.
I feel sympathy for his Mother.
I feel sympathy and concern for the truck driver who was simply trying to make a living.
I don't care if the guy who committed suicide was screwed up or not.
We all have things to deal with in life.
We all have been 17 and facing things that might've have been overwhelming to us.
Suicide is a choice. It was this young man's choice. So was inflicting additional pain on his mother on his way out.
I feel sympathy for people that hurt, but never for those who think they have a right to hurt others.
