As investigative reporter Attkisson, who has focused much of her recent reporting on Benghazi, noted during an interview on C-SPAN's "Washington Journal" last Tuesday, "If you know how the White House works, a photographer is omnipresent. He would have been taking photographs of the Situation Room that night. He would have been taking photographs of the president that night."

God love her, but if she were to try to take this to court, or this was the basis for a search warrant or subpoena, etc., she would be laughed away, unfortunately. Pics may very well exist, but we'll never see them, and making claims like this only sells books, it doesn't answer anything. Has she talked with Glenn Beck about this? Seems to be earth shattering news that will change everything after this message from Goldline...

If in Congressional Hearing you lay a foundation for the record that a photographer is omnipresent by questioning the appropriate low level staff people and establishing that fact, time sheets, work reports, expense accounts all contribute to that end. That is where it starts.
