Respectfully, I don’t see a problem with using a 777 for Air Force One, when the time come.

I think the current VC-25's should be flown for another 15-20 years. They have very low hours compared to commercial aircraft of the same age. The USAF could buy up some retired late vintage 747-300's for parts. Why not just wait till Boeing has a CFRP plane that replaces the 777 to replace the VC-25's that are used as Air Force One.
