And you are not a student of European history. Plenty of violence, mayhem, and inhumanity in that gene pool. I hate bringing up the Nazi card, but they were systematically worse that today's inner-city gangster. If being a goose-stepping monster is genetic, be advised German is the largest single European ethnic group in the US, so you and I likely share some genes calling us to make human skin lamp shades.

You also suffer from normalcy bias, in that you assume the current state of non-Black America was always thus. This ignores the actual violence and depravity that went along with city life when various European ethnic groups first hit our shores and were crammed into the slums. You can see this TODAY if you head to the former industrial sections of the UK - plenty of white people living on welfare, popping out babies, and knifing each other.

So, in short, it is CULTURE, i.e. how a group is brought up and taught to behave, that will determine outcomes in the majority of cases.
