I could not care less that Bill the Red gets insulted. It’s the venue. He was there at the request of Ramos’ family. The purpose of the assembly was to give respect to his sacrifice and solace to his family. A member of my family has been on the job continually from 1952 to the present. Three generations. Not one of them wouid have disrespected a brother officer’s family by using his funeral to make a political point, no matter how valid that point. If you cannot see that, you weren’t raised properly.
