I would shoot myself before I would vote for a democrat for President. So you can take that idea off the table.

I know how you feel, but the logic is inescapable. Whether we have the will to follow it is another matter.

We’ll lose if Jeb’s elected anyhow.. so we might as well make the break when and if he he gets the nomination.

Losing on the margins will not send a message. Spiking his vote harshly might get the point across.

All I know is that the NRA has successfully used this tactic for the last several decades, and now they have maneuvered themselves into a position where both parties effectively support their positions.
