Doesn’t Arizona’s DMV work for Arizona? Couldn’t Gov. Brewer order the DMV to disregard the court ruling and continue enforcing Arizona law? Force Obama to send in his Fed Thug Police. Obama does not abide by the rule of law. He has set the ROE. Court orders that disregard the Constitution are not legitimate orders. We all know this but those in government continue to perpetuate this illusion that we still live under a “rule of law”. Whose law??
New Mexico has been giving illegals driver’s licenses for about ten years thanks to corrupt former Democratic governor Richardson. Republican governor Martinez has been trying to get the legislation repealed for the past four years and now even with a newly elected Republican house (though still Democratic Senate) it looks doubtful. Unfortunately, she’s swimming against the tide of illegals and their enablers.
Don’t give them licenses. Let the feds send troops.
if they are different colored to note that the carrier is not a U.S. citizen and cannot use the license as a photo ID in order to vote, I’m O.K. with it....otherwise, not a chance.
