I sure hope criminals won’t be on the hunt for police now! Without them, our cities would become dog-eat-dog jungles.

In the late 1870s and early 1880s, rustling became rampant in eastern Montana and western North Dakota. Dertain citizens, acting on their own behalf and the behalf of the public at large, conducted a series of punitive operations over a period of about 18 months. Wholesale rustling has not been a problem since.

Your cities will become a jungle, only if you let it.
