Cops went to East 140th Street in Mott Haven at 9 p.m. on reports of a man shooting out windows with a .357 caliber revolver.
They spotted the suspect, identified as Raymond Leonardo, 18, and ordered him to drop the gun. Instead, he took point blank aim at one of the officers, officials said.
I am concerned about their safety because that group of blacks were cheering at the place where the two cops were assassinated, and they were there to protect the idiots, and lost their lives.
Personally, I think someone has to be deranged to work in law enforcement in any place that has even a single “housing project.”
We need to at least write e mails and contact officials and let them know this isn’t going to come to our cities, and we want change in NYC!
It was averted, because when the gun jammed and the guy ran into the building, the cops got him. He would have done it again if he had not been apprehended.
The UN will feel threatened and bring in their forces.
This could get real ugly, real fast.
The losers here will be the innocents in those housing projects because now the safety of the police will be paramount and not the saving of lives in those places.
I guess that piece of **** watched too many Hollywood movies featuring magic guns that never run out of bullets.
That won't last long. The hilarious aspect of this whole cluster is that the group most dependent on the state keeping order is doing its best to undermine it.
That’s the reason we have to demand de Blasio to resign, and we have FRs all over the nation, our e mailing and stating we won’t have this in our cities, so this weak leader needs to resign. Maybe a new Mayor would take a stronger stance. This mayor is a communist, well known.
It's long past time where a place like NYC should have stopped allowing people to live on the taxpayers' dime, waiting for the buffalo herds to return.
