After Giuliani was elected, the police began enforcing laws more stringently. What I find interesting is the part that Bratton played cleaning up NYC after Dinkins. Wonder if Bratton can pull a repeat now. I think not.

The man is aging, as he has 44 yrs in NYPD, so that makes him well into his sixties. However, he needs to be rid of that communist mayor so he can get the right replacement when he retires.
