The unexplained problem in this article is that Ferguson is 75% Black, but
“While more than three-fourths of the district’s students are black, the area’s voting-age population is majority-white.”
Is there some reason why the 25% white population can vote and get a majority, but the 75% can’t? Is there something the HuffPoo isn’t saying?
Sorry, blacks are 67% as of the 2010 census.
