IIRC the turnout for the mayors’ race was ridiculously low...he seems to have won the hardcore Communist vote. If normal people had been voting it might have made a difference!
There just aren’t many normal people left there; the mass of illegals can’t vote, either.
Wasn’t the election rigged? It was DeBlasio or Anthony Weiner in the primary. At one point I was sure somebody paid Weiner to run.
