There are plenty of mindless cop haters on FR. And we thought this was a conservative site. These are the anarchists of the stripe that protested outside the Democratic Convention in Chitcago, 1968. “kill all the pigs” is their motto.

I did too. But the site seems to be crawling with those that unquestioningly support big government and police union goons.
If you read my past posts, odds are you will see some very critical of police. Due to my family’s experiences, it created a low tolerance of misbehavior by cops. I am the first to admit that my attitude has done a 180. We have had 2 of our local police attacked by suspects in the last month. And, we live in a very small town! The cops acted better than I would have!
Today’s events have broken my heart. I want to stay optimistic about our country, but cannot.
