According to the Census Bureau, 13.2% of the US population was "Black or African American alone" in 2013. African Americans are disproportionately the victims of African American violence.

Maybe the cops should just stay out of them and let the politically correct liberals deal with it. Why risk their lives for a lost cause? Same for the middle east. LET them take each other out.
