A North Korean official said on Saturday that the secretive regime wants to mount a joint investigation with the United States to identify who was behind the cyber attack against Sony Pictures.

This gives Barack Hussein Obama just the excuse he needs for not taking any action on this: "We are getting unprecedented help from the North Korean government to resolve this situation, and I am hopeful this overture by North Korea will open the door to cooperation in other areas as well".
