I am curious if this would be a “taking” from the holders of the mineral rights...

unexplored health risks and dubious economic benefits.

Tell that to the people of Texas and North Dakota

Seriously, more businesses need to move out of New York has that state is not doing them any favors (same goes for any other solid blue state).

Those in government who would ban should be required by law to show proof positive that the environment has been damaged in a manner that is dangerous to the public.

So far not even the EPA has been able to do that.

I wonder if Prince Andrew will ban the importation of petroleum products obtain via fracking? If he really cares about the environment and believes that fracking is bad for the environment, why not just ban products obtain by fracking from New York. After all, the people of New York deserve $5.00 gasoline when the people in Oklahoma are looking at $1.90 gasoline.

We should give New York, and maybe the North Eastern States to Canada and part of California to Mexico.

Our nation would be MUCH better off without them. This wouldn’t be the case if we didn’t have legislators going to DC, and forcing their will on ALL of us. This nation was built upon the concept of individual states, and we need to get back to that. If the people of California and New York insist on sending people to DC to take away my firearms, IMO, they shouldn’t be in the same country that I live in.

Neu Yuk Sh*ty runs deep in that state.

Let them freeze if their power grid fails - do not transfer a single kilowatt to keep Neu Yuk denizens from their long labored for fate.

Maybe NY should have $15 gas since they hate it so much, then watch the same people
run across the state lines to fill up. Those that know how to drive. The libtards against
fracking probably don't own cars so it doesn't effect them.

I went to see my ma on this last Monday night, right on the NY/PA border. We could not get in to a local chain restaurant because all the PA licensed pickup trucks filled the parking lot. All that fracking just south of the Southern Tier and no where to stay, except in NY. On a Monday night. Andrew knows best. Did I mention all the “Repeal the Safe ACT” signs in every other lawn around here?

John Rockefeller was born in a very small town in the fracking area....what if somebody prohibited him from investing in oil and railroads?...

but Cumo...no, we can't let the little upstate people get a little something out of their land....they can't get some money like the farmers in North Dakota or those land holders in NE PA...nope...Cumo insists that his people remain poor....
