That was a great case for knocking this dictator out of his throne.
Now he’s going to change law illegally again. He is going to normalize relations with Cuba even though there is a law that forbids that.
He is lawless.
That’s what I wondered. Can a president unilaterally do this?
If I recall correctly, Jimmy Carter announced one day that we were restoring diplomatic relations with China. But didn’t know if he needed an act of Congress to do that. Or if congress ever passed legislation on that subject.
