I wouldn't dispute that. What I question is Cuomo's stealing New Yorker's freedoms under the pretext that hydrofrac operations contaminate groundwater supplies, which is a canard, intellectually speaking. It's stupid for Cuomo to continue trafficking in this silly groundwater contamination canard, yet he continues to do so, ignoring the massive volume of evidence to the contrary (approaching 100,000 separate hydrofrac operations in Texas, with ZERO instances of groundwater contamination attributable thereto.)

When one does that, in the manner that Andrew Cuomo is doing, one can't help but look stupid.
