Amendment V:
nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;

Amendment XIV:
nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

We don't need another amendment, we need to follow the Constitution as it already exists.

Besides, Rand Paul has already said there would be exceptions to his law, not a single baby would be saved.
