Yes but there is no court order to enforce. Only Congress can cause enforcement of that Act.

If General Dynamics is given the work order and there is no court order prohibiting them from proceeding, then nothing will stop them from proceeding. But if there is a court order with US Marshals behind it, we can be assured this contractor will suspend the work order.

I agree. Congress is the body that should complain. They have not. And, their action to fund Obama’s amnesty in the CRomnibus, it seems to me, could be used as evidence that they have waived their Simpson/Mazzoli right to require hearings and have agreed with the president’s action.
