Yes and Obama’s people seem to have given this judge a narrative to use.

It’s interesting how lawyers change their views once they become judges. A lot of it has to do with colleague viewpoints in the circuit and also appellate judge viewpoints.

Klayman does win in DC Courts and he did win the fast track motion. I’m sure he is prepared to file an immediate appeal in the DC Court of Appeals if this judge follows the Obama narrative.

But if this Judge follows the law, then it’s pretty much a done deal.
