OBAMA QUIETLY WIELDS POWER THROUGH ‘MEMORANDA’
According to USA Today, by issuing his directives as “memoranda” rather than executive orders, Obama has downplayed the extent of his executive actions.
They’re claiming these executive memos are the equivalent of executive orders and they bear the full force of “law.”
And that’s b/s.
Go after the federal employees the follow the unlawful orders....lock ‘email up and threaten to file criminal charges....duh....
C’mon, tell the Bureaucrats they lose their retirement if the commit unlawful acts.... Game set and orders are no match for the law
Check Abbot’s suit on behalf of Texas. He has it covered no matter what the administration calls it. Genius that Abbot.
Yes, Jim, every day Obama usurps power he doesn't have. Every day I wonder what new edict he will put out that day as he grabs more illegal power. Now, he's claiming he can write a memo and that is law. Perhaps tomorrow he will speak into a recorder and say that is law. Perhaps the next day he will crown himself King and say that is law. Perhaps the next day the King will arrest me and Kartographer for being preppers who Homeland Security says are possible domestic terrorists. Perhaps the next day you are arrested for having a website that is critical of the “King”.
The point is, he is claiming absolute power over these United States and every citizen in them. The one person I see who is standing up to actually stop Obama’s grab of ultimate power is Texas Governor Elect Greg Abbott (still Texas Attorney General at this writing). He is trying right now to get an injunction from a judge in Brownsville to stop Obama giving amnesty to the illegals.
At one time, Abbott said he goes to his office every day, sues Obama, and goes home to do the same thing the next day. He has won the majority of the cases he has brought against Obama’s government. I'm sure Holder hates Abbott's guts. Abbott in his wheelchair won't give up.
Our country is in peril due to this usurper Obama.
