Great news! “Free” health care for 450,000 people. Hell. Why don’t they expand it to the entire state population so that everyone has “free” healthcare??? The “rich” from some other state can afford it.
More to the point, its the only affordable health plan people can sign up for that has no enrollment or eligibility restrictions.
I’m not surprised people are taking advantage of it, because let’s face it, the Obamacare health exchanges quite simply suck.
