Jeb Bush just jump-started the 2016 election
The Washington Post ^ | December 16, 2014 | Aaron Blake

Posted on 12/16/2014 10:33:53 AM PST by Bettyprob

Jeb Bush became the first big-name potential GOP presidential candidate to make a major 2016-related announcement Tuesday, announcing that he will "actively explore" a run.

Generally, this kind of announcement will be accompanied by an "exploratory committee" — which is both legally and practically the same thing as launching a campaign, and is usually just an excuse to have two separate campaign announcements.

The former Florida governor isn't quite going that far; he says he will launch a new leadership PAC in January instead.

But make no mistake: Bush just sent a clear signal that he's very serious about running for president in 2016 (in case that wasn't already clear) and will very likely take the plunge. And his decision to announce this in December 2014 places the onus on all the other GOP candidates to get their ducks in a row — in a hurry.

The more RINOs running and splitting the vote, the easier it will be for Cruz to win.

I wrote “if”.

In a theoretical election between these two, Jeb is far and away better than Hillary.

I’m not about to play the game of let it burn (via 16 years of Obama/Clinton) and rebuild.

Of course I’d rather have a bona fide conservative with a libertarian streak in the White House.

Conservatives have been rendered irrelevant by the GOP and we now have a Roman Senate for Congress, under a Caesar.

History has repeated.

Oh, come on Eyore! : )

We’ve kicked rino butt before and we can do it again. They’ll be sorry. We overcame the rino big donors with a zillion small donations.

Ask yourself if this nation is better off today for that policy?.

This nation has sunk lower and lower and lower and lower using the lowest common denominator approach.

We cannot continue on this course. We have to turn it around.

We’re not going to turn it around with a Bush. All they do is destroy the brand “Conservatism”. They do, because the media continues to reference them as Conservatives. They aren’t.

Bush so destroy the brand “Conservatism” that the members of the public refused to vote for a Republican. At least in part, that gave the likes of Obama the Oval Office.

We can’t continue to do that. We are destroying our nation accepting the disgusting candidates the GOPe foists off on us.

If we were treading water or actually improving at any point, I’d say go for it. We aren’t. This nation is circling the drain. We can’t play like it’s business as usual.

We have got to get the American public so sick of the destroyers that they will support a healer.

It has to be someone like Cruz. Bush would advance more Leftist agenda. And while he was doing it, the media would be describing him as a Conservative. The public is getting to the place where it will never trust a “Conservative” again.

And we haven’t had one since Reagan. Why? Because the GOPe knew we’d sucker for whoever they put up.

NEVER AGAIN!

If we hold out, they’ll have to give us a good man. If we don’t, they never will.

In other words, you have no principles for which you will withhold your vote.

Got it.

When it comes to globalization, I can be a pessimist among the best abnormal bias sufferers. : )

I do realize we are up sh—’s creek with half a paddle (the pole end) at the moment. But I will never surrender to evil. Never.

Nothing the elite do is going to shock me, just so you know. It could be fatal for us all.

The Rinos will work with the Demonrats if they can’t get enough Republicans to push their elitist global agenda. Hopefully, our guys will be very loud about it and do it in an effective way to bring the public along.

It’s NOT about ‘globalization’ - it is about the FACT that we have already been fundamentally transformed from a representative Republic, into an Imperial Fascist Oligarchy.

The GOP just funded and legitimized that fundamental transformation.

You and I can say “we will never surrender to evil” - but we are lying to ourselves. We have ALREADY surrendered to evil, by refusing to recognize what is being done to us and standing against it when the cost was manageable and not as high as it will be from now on.

We let this happen, and we continue to enable evil to trod us down, because we CONTINUE to lie to ourselves and practice insanity. One of which is by playing in a rigged sandbox that has a predetermined outcome before you ever stepped into the voting booth, and we lie to ourselves that our vote matters when all the evidence out there is telling us very painfully and plainly that America is now a single party Statist tyranny.

To fight evil, we have to recognize what the enemy has already done, where we have arrived and that playing in evil’s sandbox is not an option if we do not want to be subjugated to evil’s rules.

You are suffering from a normalcy bias concerning globalization and all it entails...like killing the constitutional republic and border that defined and governed the US.

You best start reading. Look up Agenda 21 for starters.
