Hey! How about just enforcing the existing laws and fixing the specific regulations that are tantamount to just life support mechanisms for immigration attorneys? Those regulations that make it a nightmare to go through the process legally is what needs fixing, not just another Comprehensive boondoggle meant to further get those attorneys hands in the immigrants, and our, pockets through Federal Fiat.
