You don’t get it. A federal preliminary injunction order takes place immediately as soon as the judge signs it and enters it into the record.

You are talking about a permanent injunction. A preliminary injunction is an order to keep the status quo until the full lawsuit pleading is heard inside the court. A prelim injunction can freeze Obama for at least a year while both sides lawyer up.

It’s like a temporary restraining order.

I concur - except where Obola has already lawyered up and the hold will not be anywhere near a year - or even a month.

And as I said, even assuming you can find a black robe who will issue said injunction.
