So, the “sexual revolution” of the 60’s was really a Quaalude Revolution. Hef’s M.O. was consentually giving girls in the mansion quaaludes in the old days, but Bill is stupid, sadistic and creepy enough to extend this M.O. of handing out quaaludes non-consentually and on anyone in the general public. Sounds like Bill has doped hundreds if not thousands of people in the general public.
Nothing in life is ever that simple. For instance, the Rat Pack in Hollywood (at one time) was doing peyote. Does that make it a peyote revolution? Acid was popular, mushrooms, etc. It wasn't one thing , it was many. But the point of it was mostly to get messed up and have sex.
Then there were protest marches. Same thing. See if you can get laid at the protest march.

Hundreds maybe. Thousands I doubt. According to the stories, this happened over a long time period. Wilt Chamberlain claims over a 1000 (although I don't think he drugged them).
Regardless to the number, the fact was that he was a Superstar and 'aspiring actresses, models, and Playboy bunnies' seemed to be in good supply.
