Talk about a “DOUBLE STANDARD”. Had this been an ordinary, run of the mill, JOE BLOW, he’d be spending at least 10 years behind bars, with BUBBA as his cell mate.

Age of consent in Virginia is 18 (I looked it up). I am baffled as to how this pervert received such a light sentence.
